Located immediately adjacent to the I-93 corridor in Andover, MA, The Dascomb Road Project was designed by Form + Place to be a new mixed-use destination for the community. The central boulevard anchors a collection of usable public spaces, enlivened by a performance area, a community playground and outdoor dining. The project will be connected to downtown Andover and the commuter rail station by a new trolley system. Form + Place provided master planning, visioning and architectural design services, in addition to supporting entitlement and community outreach efforts.
