Working closely with Simon Konover Development and KGI Properties, the Gateway Commons master plan was created to establish a new approach to the development of the Gateway Planned Development District along the I-95 corridor. Through an extensive review process with the Zoning Board of Appeals, both a Zoning Text Amendment and a Master Development Plan were approved. The Zoning Text Amendment included architectural design and development guidelines, and allowed for a mix of retail [small shop and large format], office and residential uses on the 200-acre site.
