Situated along Routes 7 & 20 just north of Lenox Village, the Brushwood Farms site is located just a few miles from Tanglewood and many other Berkshires destinations. Wellesley Advisors' desire to accommodate a 400,000 sf mixed-use project on this complex site required a clever solution to addressing the steep topography. The development, anchored on one end by a small supermarket and on the other end by a hotel and restaurants, utilizes a unique “one-sided” main street approach to maximize views from the road across a wetland area. In addition to retail, office and hospitality uses, the project incorporates four different residential typologies – single-family, clustered townhomes [on the ridge], as well as multi-family and loft-style housing above retail.
