Form + Place is a process driven architectural practice based in Newton, Massachusetts. With an emphasis on a collaborative and integrated design approach, we work with private, non-profit and public-sector clients to envision trend-setting projects and bring them to fruition.
Whether in urban, transit-oriented, inner-ring suburban or more rural contexts, our approach to solving the complexities of mixed-use development often focuses on layering in the tenets of experiential place-making. We have found that the key to unlocking the development potential of each unique site is often driven by purposeful integration with the surrounding community and its built environment at a variety of scales. We refer to this as the place-making “continuum”.
